Happy Thanksgiving!

Last week we studied about the history behind the first Thanksgiving. Did you know the first Thanksgiving lasted for 3 whole days!! We have read the book Thanksgiving Is... ,made turkeys, harvest baskets, and chests for the Pilgrims "belongings". This week we are continuing our theme with the book The Night Before Thanksgiving. We will be rescuing turkeys by using popcorn words, learning about turkey facts and opinions, and making a fancy turkey with tissue paper. Come and check out all the things we are doing!!
